How it got started
Jason, our founder, bought his first cotton candy machine at a yard sale in 2018 and has been adding a scientific twist to the sweet ever since. At first it was just a side gig, but through his time studying food science at Virginia Tech it kept growing. Now we have grown to multiple festival booths and we provide food science support services for coffee shops.
